This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a customer can request a refund for donations to THAWAB Charity Organization via online payment. It is applicable from 15 May 2025

Eligibility for Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, please include the following information in your request:

• Name of donor (As written on Credit Card)
• Date of Donation
• Refund Reason
• Proof of donation

If the request is approved, Refunds are processed within 30 business days after receiving the requested information.

Timeframe for Refund Requests:

Refund requests for services must be made within 5 days of purchase.
